After taking the control over the Constitutional Tribunal, the ruling party in Poland, (Law and Justice), has just started the "reconstruction" of the so far independent from politics Justice System. In three bills that go through Parliament without constitutional requirements, is hidden the new system, that gives the minister of justice full control over courts and judges, including the supreme court (that is responsible also for claiming the legality of elections). Many countries and EU has already called to stop the reform, that drives Poland towards full autocracy.
